Rainbows ‘Round the Moon
William Dewey Loudermilk

Diving deep into the night passing the clouds to see the light
Minds are racing faster, faster, faster, showing your mind who is master
Swimming through the Sea of Tranquility wishing that you were here with me
Bring it on the time is right let me see the colored light
of the rainbows, rainbows ‘round the moon
Rainbows, come and rescue me soon
Rainbows, rainbows ‘round the moon
Rainbows, can’t appear too soon

Balloons are filled taking time helping me escape my mind
Into new dimensions I shall go just bring me back in time for the show
Searching for the mother lode desperately trying to implode
But bring it on the time is right let me see the colored light
of the rainbows, rainbows ‘round the moon
Rainbows, come and rescue me soon
Rainbows, rainbows ‘round the moon
Rainbows, can’t appear too soon

Mother Earth she grabs ahold she won’t let me be so bold
as to leave her lovely face for somewhere off out in space
Crashing down i’d rather be dead than have to be alone in my head
But bring it on the time is right you only have but one life
for the rainbows, rainbows ‘round the moon
Rainbows, come and rescue me soon
Rainbows, rainbows ‘round the moon
Rainbows, can’t appear too soon
